Shipping policy

We ship every order free, anywhere we deliver. There is no minimum, no threshold, and no separate charge on subscription renewals.

Where we ship. The United States and a number of international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship there.

Processing time. Orders are usually packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Subscription renewals ship on the same schedule after each charge.

Delivery time. United States delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination and customs handling.

Tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.

Problems with a delivery. If your order has not arrived, or arrives damaged, email hello@getminutes.co and we will replace it or refund it. See our Refund policy.
