Cancellation policy

Minutes is sold as a subscription so a bag arrives before the last one runs out. Here is exactly what you are agreeing to.

What you are charged. Your first bag is $50. Every bag after that is $60, billed every 4 weeks. Shipping is free on every order, first and recurring.

How billing works. We charge the payment method you used at checkout, automatically, on the same 4-week cycle. You do not need to do anything for a bag to arrive.

We remind you before every charge. We email you 3 days before each renewal, so no charge arrives unannounced. That email contains the link to manage your subscription.

Skipping and cancelling. You can skip a delivery or cancel entirely at any time, from the link in any of our emails. It takes two clicks. There is no phone call, no retention script, no cancellation fee, and no minimum number of orders.

When cancellation takes effect. Cancelling stops all future charges. If a renewal has already been charged but you have not received it yet, email hello@getminutes.co and we will cancel and refund it. This matches our Refund policy.

Changes to price or cadence. If we ever change the price or the delivery interval of an existing subscription, we will email you before it takes effect, with enough notice to cancel first.

Your first order is guaranteed. The 28-night guarantee applies to your first bag. If it does not work for you, keep it and we refund you. See our Refund policy.
