These terms govern your use of www.getminutes.co and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and information. Minutes is a dietary supplement. Statements about it have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition, speak to your doctor before use.

Orders and pricing. We may correct errors in pricing or product information, and we may refuse or cancel an order, including after it has been placed. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Subscriptions. Subscription orders renew automatically until cancelled. The terms, including price, cadence, reminders and how to cancel, are set out in our Purchase options cancellation policy.

Refunds. Our 28-night guarantee and the rest of our refund terms are set out in our Refund policy.

Shipping. Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping policy.

Your content. If you send us a review, photo, or other content, you give us permission to use it in connection with our products. You confirm the content is yours to give.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
